if you guys could find out how to work it if its a thing me and my friend were trying to play it and it was either a black screen or it loaded for 1 sec the freeze

should be me and my friends play melee and mp7 alot and its just been a problem with this game. if there is any way to show what it does i can.

First off, please use proper grammar. Your sentences are really hard to read

Secondly, those are GC games and the Sims is a Wii game. You have to make sure that the NAND is synced between the both of your computers.
The wiki page doesn't say anything specific about this game......
Are there any error messages that show up? Are you both running in Single core mode?

That worked but i have been playing all by my self and dolphin has started to not respond

Have you tried closing Dolphin, maybe doing a restart also?
