Simpsons hit & run crashes after talking with bart

i have a issue about the dev builds (not depending on my specs) after clearing some missions the game says i need to talk with bart and when i talk with him the game crashes for some reason

Can you give us any information on how it's crashing or anything? Is the game freezing? Are there popups? Have you tried figuring out which build started the crashing? Can you provide a savefile and instructions to trigger the crash?
