* Dolphin works with real wiimotes assuming your computer have bluetooth
* If your wiimote is a Wii Remote Plus, the motion plus technology is already bundled into it. If its an older Wiimote, you can plug the separate Motion Plus accessory. In both cases, Dolphin will detect and games requiring the peripheral will just work
* However, the current model of Wii Remote Plus is the famous -TR one (more details here). If you're using Windows,it'll only work with Toshiba Bluetooth Stack
* Or, since most Motion Plus games requires a sensor bar, you could go buying a Dolphin Bar too. It works pretty good as a sensor bar that you'll need anyway for some games and also just works with -TR wiimotes and Windows...

Yes, I was just looking into all of that on Amazon and Best Buy actually Smile My computer does have bluetooth capability btw.

Can I get a consensus on the brands and accessories that work best with the least amount of fiddling? Like you say (and I've seen elsewhere on here) that the latest models require this Toshiba stack thing. What models didn't require special software or considerations? Or should I go with the latest models and fiddle with this Toshiba thing? I'd like to know precisely what brands and models of hardware to look for for the best results.

I was planning on getting a Wiimote with motion plus built in, or a Wiimote with the motion plus addon, a nunchuck, and a sensor bar. If I get a usb sensor bar, will I still need a bluetooth dongle or no? If I do need a bluetooth dongle, what should I get for that as well?

I saw something called "Dolphin bar" on Amazon, and it said it works with Dolphin with no problems, but it also said it doesn't work right with Dolphin 4.02. Am I understanding correctly that using a Dolphin bar eliminates the need for a bluetooth dongle? And if I am going to get something Dolphin specific, what seller should I look for to ensure I'm getting the real thing, and not a knock-off? This is the one I ran across: http://www.amazon.com/TOTALCONSOLE-W010-Wireless-Sensor-DolphinBar/dp/B00HZWEB74/ref=pd_cp_vg_0

Also, is there a wired Dolphin bar? I dislike wireless peripherals because they constantly run out of juice right in the middle of you doing something. I'd get wired Wiimotes if they had them.

Edit:
I see there was a link to a recommended hardware page from the page you linked me to. Looking it over now. I see that The Dolphinbar I found is the same one recommended, but as I said it warns it doesn't work with Dolphiin 4.02, which is the version I have. I see there is a newer version of Dolphin out though. Does Dolphinbar work correctly with version 4.0.5991? If so, I'll just update Dolphin.

I can see there is quite a lot of info I didn't see before answering most of my questions, but I'd still like to get a consensus or what works best if anyone cares to post their experiences and expertise.
