I tried Silent Hill Shattered Memories using the latest version and it's now pretty unplayable. Whenever i turn on the flashlight, the frame rate goes from 60 to 35 or so. Also, there are more glitches now. There are no snowflakes (for instance). Previous versions did have snowflakes but they were a bit buggy. The frame rate drops weren't as big.

I tried both Windows 7 and 10. All backends.

Is this a known issue?

Running a i5 4670 + GTX 960

Edit: I watched a dolphin video on youtube from 2010. The shadows are a bit glitched but the snowflakes look perfect and the frame rate much faster...

We already found out what this game does; there's not much we can do. It's really slow.
