Overheat and shut down a lot? I hope you plan on a laptop fan or something Wink Also I hope you made sure you can even remove the old CPU

Can remove it no problem. This lappy was build with the 920xm in mind. it was meant to be able to push it at OC 3.2 (all four cores) Tons of forums out there about how people use the thermal paste and install the new chip and get ~2deg higher than with the stock cooling paste. Asus did a shit job with there paste. so no worries there at all.

Just curious if anyone knows how the i7-920xm OC'ed to ~3.2-3.4 (Each core) on my g73jh will handle.

A) SMG 1/2
B) Donkey kong
C) Last story
D) Sonic colors
E) Xenoblade
F) LoZ : TP
G) Epic Mickey
H) Monster Hunter Tri
I) Tatsunoko vs. Capcom

Just waiting for my new CPU and browsing forums all day trying to FIND the answer instead of asking but i cant really find any. I know that someone on the forums said they played TP all the way with no problems. THE WAIT IS KILLING ME!!!!

Thanks!!!
