Is there any way to be able to configure the settings so that you can play games that require a sideways Wiimote and a regular Wiimote (Skyward Sword, Twilight Princess, Super Mario Galaxy/2, etc.) without having to change the settings every time you go play games that have a different control scheme? I'm asking mainly for Metroid Prime 3, Other M, and Super Mario Galaxy/2. Obviously, Skyward Sword might take a little bit getting used to using a controller.
Commander Ridley, at your service.

If you create a profile with the controller layout you want to use for each game, you can then set a profile for each game by using game INIs as described here: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-unofficial-howto-using-gameini-settings-per-game
