Should i buy a new CPU heatsink?

Well i was running dolphin last night and the air coming out the back of the case was pretty hot so today i ran it for 30mins and the temps went up somewhat

Hopefully the mortal kombat fans get the joke there

Is it recommended i buy a new heatsink (currently on stock) and if so any low price ones you guys would recommend.

pretty sure my mobo has the 775 socket

ASUS P8Z77-V LX Motherboard
Intel® Core™ i5-3570K 4.2GHz
Nvidia GeForce GTX 770
8GB DDR3 Ram
