I love how Eternal Darkness works in those custom builds and it runs so fast in my potato phone!

For some reason the game never worked in the official builds no matter what I tried with opengl and vulkan and 100 setting combinations, yet it runs in the mmj builds just by switching to vulkan mode without doing anything else.

Edit: lol somehow I get 9 fps with the highest settings, what a beautiful game, I'm saving money to get a phone with snapdragon 855 (or even better 865 which I heard might be way better) and hope it can run it at full speed while looking like this (welp I might have to reduce the resolution a bit for max fps but whatever xD)

I love how the dev of those custom builds made an option to hide the virtual buttons while making them work if you press in the right part of the screen, I kind of remember where to press instantly xD

I love Eternal Darkness and i love the work of this group. I just completed No More Heroes on my sofa and now I'm playing Sonic Color (30fps at 720p) and it's really beautiful!

Never heard of the option to hide buttons, how it works?

This No More Heroes looks amazing, thanks for mentioning this game! (never heard of it before)

To make the buttons invincible and functional at the same time you have to open any game then swipe down and select the 3 dots then Abjust Scale and put Abjust Opacity to 0%

There's a slight typo, it's saying Adujst Opacity, maybe weihuoya will fix that xD
I hope this comes to the official builds in the future!

The game in the screenshots is one of the 3 WiiWare Pokemon Dungeon games, too bad nobody translated them yet :/

Thanx, good to get opacity lower. I thought that the buttons would be gone after a while without touch...maybe it can be a nice feature for future : )

While playing a game, is there any way to add a way to return to the game when the back button is pressed on a non touch device (Nvidia Shield)?
Currently once the back button is pressed and the top menu bar appears,  pressing the back button again brings you back to the game list.

Thank you!

By default, Nvidia uses what would be the select button as back, if you are in fullscreen or extended desktop however, the "system" back (access various settings in game) will not show. I noticed this on my s9 plus, if i hide my Navbar, i cannot access system back on my ps4 controller or via screen interaction ....its like its not there . but  show nav and it pops down from top as designed. Not sure if its bugged or maybe intentional , but just wont work. Navbar however is no big deal ! dolphin hides it anyway !

Sorry if this has been asked before, but what is the main difference between this customised version compared to the versions available from the Play store? Is there a great performance difference? It's just that if I decided to give this one a go I didn't want to ruin the set up I've currently got.

Thank you very much indeed.

This build skips all rendering fx in both sync and async compilation modes. Huge speed up in exchange for a couple of crappy sunbeams or particles. As far as appearence, this builds menu mire vlosely resembles the pc version. ****working cheat code menu**** .
Probably due to the non-rendered effects, Logic Ops dont work (or at least that would be what the panic-handler message states on game launch)
1 of the builds us 32 bit (9494). That archetecture was abandoned at the launch of Dolphin 4.0 . 32bit isnt reccomended and i doubt very much that the titles are "playable". i dont doubt they load but playable= a bare minimum of 15 fps in titles that are not exceptionally graphic heavy or require precise coordinated interaction

That's not accurate. You might be referring to how it doesn't force accurate EFB emulation in the game INIs? It does skip doing some things in order to improve the performance, but it doesn't go as far as to "skip all rendering fx".

Hi weihuoya, thank you for your work!

I have a question for you and, maybe, an information. I'm using the version 10200 with my s9+ Exynos. I'm playing Sonic Color at 720p almost always at 30fps, really smooth!

Today I noticed something maybe related to the temperature control of Exynos or related to the Dolphin App. I can play a lot of times without no slowdown problems if I use my Wirless Pad (Ipega), really fast and smooth. After some minute if I use the digital analog, the c stick or d pad the game slowdowns from 30 to 20 fps. In the moment I release the digital stick it runs instantly at 30fps. If I use the Ipega I can play for hours at 30fps. The slowdown happens only with digital sticks and not if i press any other button. I'm using the digital gamecube controller. Is there something related to the digital sticks that can cause the slowdowns? Otherwise I think that exynos cause the slowdown when I use the touch, ma it's strange that happens only with digital sticks and not with "A","B" and other simple buttons.
