Shake Bind on Emulated Wii Remote

So I'm playing Chaotic Shadow Warriors and I am trying to shake 'left and right' in the game, so I binded 'Shake X' to Z and it didn't work. I binded it to Mouse 2 and X and it didn't work. Any ideas?
