I searched about it and found that it can be fixed with TLB Hack but I'm using Dolphin-r6509_DNKYv2_L8_x86_SSE41, and it doesn't have it.

Here it doesn't. Try a regular build instead.

I think TLB hack was replaced by the MMU option (or MMU speed hack, which seems to be the same but speedier, and probably more buggy). Not sure of course, but sometime a while back the TLB hack option disappeared. Some games require the option to boot or play properly. I got the same results by using the MMU options as the TLB hack, try that. Dunno if it will work for Shadow though.
