There isn't anyone with that knowledge who didn't actually work on creating the game in the first place, and if there was, they'd want paying, as it'd likely take so much time they'd not have time for a job. It would be easier to find someone to modify Dolphin's DSP to dump lots of things, but the only way you can actually get the result you want is to learn to do everything yourself. You're not going to realistically get all the sounds from the game in pristine condition via other people, unless you can find someone who's really interested. They're not likely to just come across this thread by chance.
