It's likely your computer is simply too slow to keep up - the ultra-low-power 4010u is pretty slow - same with the gpu. If you don't get full speed with the default settings (no msaa, 1xir) on any video backend it's unlikely there's anything that can be done to improve it. The dolphin defaults are effectively the fastest settings, and there are options that can slow it down (in return for better graphics or other stuff).

Not much you can do I am afraid. You really need to buy a new computer a some point. That's the nature with emulation, it is more demanding than if you would run a native Windows version of the same game. At least it is supposed to do so.

If it is Beyond Good and Evil you want to run, I would recommend you buying the Windows version from Steam or GOG.com instead rather than emulating it on Dolphin since you lack the power to do so.

If you are really desparate to run it on Dolphin... You could try to lower the CPU Clock Override to below 100%. But... I wouldn't recommend that really, it is the stuff that tends to break games.

Minimum Windows Specs for Beyond Good & Evil:
Operating system (OS): 98 SE
Processor (CPU): 700 MHz Pentium III, Celeron or AMD Athlon
System memory (RAM): 128 MB
Hard disk drive (HDD): 2.2 GB
Video card (GPU): ATI Radeon 7200 or Nvidia GeForce1 256 with 32 MB of VRAM and DirectX 9.0.b compatibility

Just to add - the only PC version with decent controller support (Xinput) is the uPlay version, which is DRM free once you've installed it (i.e. you can uninstall uPlay and it'll still work fine). It has better texture quality than the GC version so unless you want to play on original hardware for some reason it's the best version around.

The Uplay version also works on hardware as low as a z3735f atom processor in a windows tablet with no slowdowns.
