Setup 3D in the Mac Version - Can someone explain how?

Hello - I did try with no joy, I apologise if there is a thread covering this very subject. Do you know of one, and can give a link? I was hoping for it to be Mac specific as the PC 3D setup thread I found previously could not explain well because the menu's seem quite different when it comes to the areas for 3D.

BTW on a side note I'm extremely happy with the performance of Dolphin on my new MacBook Pro quad core blah blah. I only mention, because there isn't so many happy Mac-Dolphin stories out there. Me Mac's a Beast, no bootcamp nonsense for me!

Edit2: just noticed i get problems in fullscreen so i cant do 3D :/
Edit3: which version are you using? the version i have (r7413) isnt doing so well. r6xxx might be better for 3D

I'm on version r7413 as well

My setup is as follows:

Mac 10.6.7 | 2.2 Ghz Quad Core i7 Sandy Bridge | 4GB 1333MHz DDR3 | AMD Radeon HD 6750M 1GB
