settings to choose for best graphics?

I was woundering what the best settings i should choose if i wish to enable the best graphics i can? I have a higher end machine that i would like to maximize. I noticed that most topics on this are about speeding up the performance of their emu. Where as mine has ran perfectly so far to begin with. This is even true when i started on higher res and max antialias and ansitropic filter on.

AA 16xQ and AF 16x, max resolution for your monitor?

maybe bi/tri filter

With a good Gfx card, graphical settings won't make a speed difference at all (exept AA which is flawed somehow)
