Question
Hey guys,

I started dumping textures of SMG2 for creating a hi-res texture pack.
I used the settings from here: http://zeldatphd.weebly.com/texture-tutorial.html -> Copy EFB to RAM
But with those settings, I have retrieved about 30,000 images which seem to be small screenshots.
Also, I wasn't able to collect or shoot starbits with the Wiimote.

So, what do I have to do to dump textures in an efficient way?
Thanks in advance,
marfuc

You need CPU-EFB access enabled (uncheck Skip CPU-EFB access on Graphics) for the stars to work.

Thanks, I'll try that.
Any idea on which options to use for the textures?

I´m not pretty sure. And you´re using an old Dolphin version (3.5), you need to have 4.0.2 at least to get full support (the Dolphin version mentioned in that guide is even more ancient).

Try with latest dev build and see how it works for you.

Ok, thanks.

I actually use 3.5 and 4.0.2 depending on the game I play, because the support for loading textures was kind of crap with 4.0 as far as I remember. Wink
