settings for rumblepad2 aren't working anymore and can't restore them

after one day playing skyward sword with rumblepad2 it started to get buging.
I got to config en restored the settings.
Now the controls are kind of insane.
Whatever settings i put in,Dolphin doesn't respond.

only a few buttens have some control but it seems that every function is under this buttons.

Has someone any clue why this is happening all of a sudden.
