My board has a "Clear CMOS" Jumper. Whenever I screw some bios settings, I can just switch that jumper, wait five seconds, switch it back, and it'll reset to factory defaults. Almost every board should have one.
If not, removing the battery from the board for a few seconds should also reset the bios settings.
Just make sure you don't leave your computer running for more than a few seconds with faulty settings: remember that all damage that can possibly happen is *always* because something gets too hot, which is unlikely to happen if it's only running for three seconds.
