Setting up VBA-M with Dolphin for Crystal Chronicles

I have Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles up and running on Dolphin 4.0-9224 in single player.

I want to link virtual GBAs up using VBA-M-WX-2.0.0 so i can do local multiplayer.

I have been having a really tough time finding documentation to go through or guides.

If anyone knows how to get linking set up here I would love some help on this one.
