specifically for Mario Sunshine, having the clock speed set to 70% makes the game run perfect, however im trying to set the 70% override to its Game ini so the settings doesnt interfere with the other GC and Wii games. i checked the Unoffical game ini page and it says i should put these settings under [Core]

Overclock = 0.7
OverclockEnable = True

however its not working, when i set the settings on the dolphin settings it works. am i doing something wrong?

Have you made sure there is only one [Core] ?
Also make sure you are on dev builds and not stable.

I guess double check your formatting and that you don't have any stray characters?
