I want to play twillight princess(wii) in dolphin. but there are many in game actions that require sensor bar, such as shooting a target etc. so i want to ask few questions:-

1. can these tasks/actions be performed without using the sensor bar? maybe emulating sensor bar or using mouse cursor
2. if not then is there any way i can use my old wii sensor
3. or i should buy something called dolphinBar

1. Yes, you can configure your real wiimote as an emulated one and use your mouse as the IR pointer, this will require a fairly new beta version of dolphin.
2. Yes, you simply need to give it power (the wii can do this).
3. You could, but as long as you already have a way to connect your wiimote to dolphin and have a sensor bar, there really is no need.
