Sengoku Basara 3 Cut Scene Problem

Ok here's the thing, I am currently using the x64 build of Dolphin 7477, and I happen to get this slightly blur cut scenes all the time no matter how I try to configure the settings. On top of it, the video and sound are of sync. Please give some feedback to this issue. Thanks.

PS : My PC specs are

i7 2.80 GHz
8GB DDR3 RAM
ATI Radeon 5700 Series Graphic Card : 1 GB
Windows 7 x64

It's a known issue , can't be fixed till now

Try copy to RAM not to Texture
