i have a pc with an old athlon xp 2000+ cpu. however by starting dolphin i get a send/don't send error before i even CAN load a rom. after reading on internet i found out that this pc is just way to slow (already expected that)

now i did try it out on a faster pc with an intel pentium 4 3.60 ghz (2cpu) and a nvidea geforce 6600 256 mb with 4 GB ram (this is what dxdiag says). if i boot dolphin and load a rom (in this case zelda tp gamecube version) i get again the send/don't send error report message. (this time after loading a rom instead of loading the program)

any ideas here? i tried to edit the config settings but it really have no idea what i am turning off or on and the D3D and openGL is updated.

Dolphin requires at least the SSE2 Instruction Set. You can use applications like CPUID to find out your specs.
Also, take care that some people upload optimized builds that require more instructions sets (such as SSSE3, SSE4.1 and others) - those will not work either.

Because "Dolphin requires at least the SSE2 Instruction Set."
