Scrubbing a .wad file

Hi, sorry for the newbie question. I'm not really too great at this stuff... I've ripped the .wad file for Final Fantasy IV The After Years, but it won't run on Dolphin. For games, I know to use Wii Scrubber, but it won't work with the .wad file. What utility would I use to do this to the .wad file? Thanks a lot for any help!
