A problem with taking screenshot is that if you have an internal res of 1920x1080 for example and let's say the window is 640x480, the resulting screenshot becomes 640x480.

How do I fix this?

It's like setting the resolution to 1920x1080 in Project64 then taking the screenshot in it's default 640x480 windowed mode thinking it's gonna be 1920x1080 afterwards. It's not just gonna happen.
Alt+Enter for fullscreen then Print Screen then paste in Paint = profit

You might be able to set the windowed size to larger then your monitor resolution, and use the built in screenshot tool (not printscreen) to take pics. I haven't tried it, but it may work.
