I've got a problem. A tearing problem. Dolphin always tears at the top even with vsync enabled in dirextX9. DirectX10 tears even more.
I recently switched my motherboard from an ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO, to an ASUS Sabertooth X58 LGA 1366, and went from an AMD Phenom Black edition, to an Intel Core i7-960 Bloomfield, and the problem is STILL there.
What could be causing this? Even when enabling vsync in games and in CCC the problem does not disappear. Does my graphics card just suck?
And yes, i've enabled vsync and it helps, but does not eliminate the tearing completely. Also, directx10 doesn't even seem to be effected by vsync.
