Screen repeatedly flashes black every time I open the emulator.

So this is a strange problem. Every time I open the Dolphin emulator, my display keeps going black on and off. It looks like the Blackout Basement level from Donkey Kong Country if you've ever played that. It'll go black for a second or two, then come back on. I don't even have to start up a game, simply opening the emulator causes it to happen. Strangely, it also happened with PCSX2, but only in the First Time User Setup screen and then it was fine after that. I'm using a Dell G3 3590 which I just got a few days ago.

Never mind. I should have waited because I figured it out a few minutes after posting this. For anyone who has this problem in the future, just right click the dolphin exe file and click troubleshoot compatibility, then click try recommended settings.
