Screen is in the wrong direction (see picture)

Hey,

When I start a game on Dolphin, it's all in the wrong direction.
How can I fix it?

by the way - when I take a screenshot (F9) its saved as a good direction. so now I took a printscreen shot.

Have you maybe set your window size, full-screen resolution, or internal resolution to a negative value? That's all I can think of.

I didnt change anything in the settings..
Where can i check if its negative?

I think its English, but my windows XP is Hebrew so...

Choose English.

It was on "system" language, so i changed to English.
