The video shows the same problem I am having.
Used to have 2 9800 GX2's and I had the same problem, but last week I bought an AMD 7870 and it still happens. I'm playing around with the XFB and backends but nothing seems to be working so far. 03-05-2013, 10:25 AM

Well I can't reproduce the issue on my end with either my Intel HD 4000 or my Nvidia GTX 660. And from what I can tell nobody except you two can reproduce the issue. It's strange that is occurs in all games, with different GPU brands, and with different OS. It could be an issue with the monitor, receiver (if you use one), or video cable. I take it that you guys have already tried all three video backends?
Edit: What builds have you tried?

I've used all of the available backends and I've used every dolphin stable version from 2.0 and onward. It wouldn't make any sense to me, but I'll have to check out trying with different cable/monitor/hook up combos. The only thing I can think of at this point is that the refresh rate is wacked or something? I don't know. I mean changing the efb to real slows it down so whatever that affects has something to do with this issue >:[ 03-06-2013, 04:42 PM

I have tried 100% of every possible option on OpenGL by enabling/disabling options 1 a time, then slowly working my way down, ect. A few possible combos may have gotten by me, but it took a long time to do. I'm currently working on doing so for Direct3D9. With my 9800 gx2's i used a DVI, but now im using HDMI with my 7870. Reality, what monitor do you use? 03-08-2013, 10:07 AM

Holy crap I did it. I freaking did it. I freaking holy hell did it. Just insert a ton of expletives here and then you can be done with it. I can't believe it, but I actually figured it out.
To anyone who has this problem, I dearly hope this works for you. Before launching dolphin, right click it and click run as administrator. That's it. That's the one thing that has been causing this the whole time. It doesn't make any sense whatsoever to me, but that is it. That is what fixed it for me. Off I go to play all my Gamecube and Wii games!!!!!!!11!!!!11!!1!1!!111one 03-13-2013, 07:33 AM
