I'm trying to get dolphin up and running. My specs are in my profile but i will review them here:

win7x64
Celeron Dual Core 2.4ghz
AMD Radeon HD6570
4GB DDR3 RAM

The only game i own is smarter then a 5th grader. When I start it, i get very fast black flashes inbetween the game content, and the game content seems to slide up and down.

What i have tried so far (to no avail):
-Vsync
-changing resolutions
-changing DX render engine

Thanks for the help

Wait... Intel Celeron? Er... this CPU is too weak for Dolphin. Your games will run @ slow-mo.

That's completely off-topic. :/ The OP isn't having issues with game speed and maybe doesn't even care if the game runs slow. This is specific issue relating to the graphics. At least offer a probable solution next time.
