Screen blackout when mouse is idle. (Proper repost)

I did a quick search and found nothing on this topic.

Whenever I'm playing Monster Hunter 3 via wii emulation; It works perfectly.
But if I leave the mouse idle for too long, the screen will blackout, but the game will remain running. Forcing me to alt+tab in and out of the emulator to fix it.

I'm playing with a gamepad, so naturally, the mouse is going to remain unused. I have made sure to disable my screensaver and any sleep functions to prevent this exact issue, but I seem to be missing something.
Anyone have a solution to this problem?

System:
Pentium i5-750
8 GB RAM
Radeon 4850
Windows 7

Dolphin version 3.0-153-dirty.
Default settings, sans internal resolution being set to 1600 x 1320

I've found a dirty fix in the mean time: http://mousejiggler.codeplex.com/
It's silly, but it works, heh.

In dolphin leaving the wiimote idle just displays a screen that says press A to reconnect wiimote, so its probably from your computer or does this only happen when using dolphin, if so try pressing alt+f5 if it happens again, maybe the game you're trying to play blacks out the screen when attempting to show the reconnect wiimote screen, and also post your settings
......?????

You have disabled screensaver and sleep, but some computers have a separate turn off screen setting.

I disabled that already; It was one of the sleep functions I was referring to.
It's like the emulator itself is ignoring those settings... I dunno. O.o
