I'll just get straight to the point: I can't left click anything on Dolphin when a game isn't running. A window keeps popping up saying it's scanning the ISO for less than a second and it cancels whatever I was trying to click. I left click anything in the window I can't do anything. I can't even drag the window.
This is what shows up whenever I left click anywhere. It's faded a bit because the window was already closing a split second after I left clicked. I had to try and screenshot this 15 times in a row.

Help? I tried googling and looking around for people with the same issue but I couldn't find anything seeing as how I don't even understand the problem or how to search it.
What I can do is hit play and start playing whatever game I've played last but that's it. Window doesn't pop up anymore when left clicking but there are still certain settings and options I'd like to change that I can't when a game is running (iirc)
