Don't create multiple threads for the same issue.
1) Use the in-game saves instead of savestates. Savestates will not always work properly.
2) If you insist on using savestates, use the latest development versions as they work better than 3.0 with savestates -> http://dolphin-emu.org/download/
3) Don't use the same old savestates with newer builds. Create new ones.
