I upgraded from 32 bit to 64
and due to having a dolphin designed for 32 I stupidly deleted it and downloaded the one for 64.
the problem is that I lost my saved data :(
so I found a game save close to where I stopped but the problem is I have no idea where to put it, and what kind of file [ gci, gcs, ,sav]

right click on the file and select properties (or something like that). You'll see the the file extension. Just put the the save file in your Dolphin folder.

If the file is a savestate, just boot the game and load the file.

Umm well, I didn't get it I'm sorry Sad

there's 3 kind of save files:
GameCube Gameshark Save (North America) GCS
GameCube MaxDrive Save (North America) SAV
GameCube USB Memory Adapter Save (North America) GCI
Does it metter what kind of file do I choose?

so I put each kind of file into the dolphins folder, is that right?
because when I load the game and go to saves I can't see any of the save field Sad

For GC games, I think Dolphin only supports importing them as .gci files. You need to use the built-in utility for memory card manager to do this. Go to Tools -> Memory Card Manager (GC) and choose the emulated memory card file that Dolphin will use. This is usually in the Dolphin folder User/Sys/GC and it should look something like MemoryCardA<your_region>.RAW. Select that, then click Import GCI. Browse to the GCI file and it should add it to your emulated memory card.
