Saved file missing. Please help!

So I have been playing Pokemon Colosseum on Gamecube the last 2-3 weeks and I have played the game over 97 hours and tonight I lost my game file when starting Pokemon XD (I can only play both because of save state) I also updated to the latest version of Dolphin today, but I was able to save on XD for like 6 hours, before it stopped.

When checking which games that are saved there are only 3 other games (and 3 games saved on my 2nd memory card)


Are there any way to either get my memory card save back or to save on a new memory card? (I don't care that I use save state, but I like to update Dolphin and I keep losing my save state when updating)

If you've lost the ability to save, the only way to get it back as far as I know is to restart from the latest memory card save. If you don't have a memory card save... well, then you're probably out of luck. These two games are very eager to block you from saving after using savestates.
