I am using the last development version of Dolphin: 5.0-9413. OS: Windows 10.

With the game Legend of Zelda The Wind Waker for Gamecube.
When I launch it I get sometimes this message:

C:/Emus/Dolphin/User/GC/EUR/Card A/7D-GBGP-bomberman.gci was not loaded because it has the same internal filename as previously loaded save C:/Emus/Dolphin/User/GC/EUR/Card A/01-GZLP-gczelda.gci

Whatever I choose "Ignore for this session" or "OK" i can load the save.

What does it mean? How I can fix it?
Thanks.

I have looked in the file directories.

In User/GC/EUR/Card A/ I have the following files:

01-GZLP-gczelda.gci
01-GZLP-gczelda0.gci
7D-GBGP-bombermang.gci

If I rename the last file 7D-GBGP-bombermang.gci to, for example, 7D-GBGP-bombermang.gci.old the warning message disappears.
It seems too that the save 01-GZLP-gczelda.gci is corrupted and that Dolphin is using instead 01-GZLP-gczelda0.gci as gamesave file.

I have used savestates in the game so that it can be the reason for the corrupted gamesave. Still, I think the problem about the same internal filename as bombermang.gci shouldn't happen.
