Save states - What's going on?

Every time I save using SHIFT+F1 the game is saved.
But when I press F1, the emu crashes
Can somebody tell me what is going on?

if you're trying to savestate on a wii game then it won't work, cuz it's not fully implemented yet

Not true, it works well on Wii games

Savestate doesn't works on Wii. You can save and load state but the game just loop never end.

Unfortunately yes, whenever you load a savestate you can't control it anymore...
