Save states on Android?

Hello, everyone, I'm using Dolphin on a S9 Plus Snapdragon (Brazilian variant) and it's working just fine.

I've been playing with an external controller but I just can't seem to find where to use save states. Can you guys please help me?

I'm using the latest version available in Dolphin's website.

Swipe down from the top of the screen to bring out the menu where you can use savestates.

Thank you very much your message. But I do so and nothing happens. When I swipe from the top only the Android menu opens. Whenever I turn the phone from portrait to "normal" mode, a blue bar appears really quickly at the top but it disappears very fast. Maybe I'm stupid and I've been doing something wrong... Is there another command or button I can press to open this in game menu? Thanks again.

Ok I figured out a way to do it: I press the on screen button to swipe through different applications and then I open Dolphin again. Then I can access the blue menu to save/load and the game doesn't close. Thanks!
