I have my third party remove working with Dolphin via bluetooth passthrough. I can save a state but it crashed when loading.

I tried disconnecting the Wiimote when loading the state but that didn't seem to work. What's the best way to do this?

It seems to save and load if I disconnect wiimote. I have to press the button by the back and even then it's hard to re enable once you load the state.

Is there an easier way to disable or enable wiimote?

Another question, if I connected via regular bluetooth, would the wiimote speaker and rumble work?

Save states in Bluetooth Passthrough mode are limited. Look here for more details...

Rumble works fine, audio on the other hand will be either a garbled mess (if you have a non-TR Wiimote) or something somewhat recognizable but still worse than what you would get on a real Wii or with Bluetooth Passthrough (if you have a -TR Wiimote)...

Dammit! Always something! And I really like save states!

So for audio are you telling me that an official Wiimote plus blue tooth passthrough wouldn't be as good as Third part wiimote plus blue tooth passthrough?

No, audio with Bluetooth passthrough is good. It's if you don't use Bluetooth passthrough that audio can get messy.

I'm saying that proper Wiimote audio is only guaranteed with Bluetooth Passthrough, it'll sound as good as it would on a real Wii console (assuming you're using a compatible BT Adapter, of course). When using "Emulate a BT Adapter" mode, even in the best case scenario (using a -TR Wiimote), audio will still sound a bit worse than a real Wii console, and with non-TR Wiimotes all you'll get is a garbled mess.

-TR and non-TR refers to how your Wiimote is identified when queried over Bluetooth. All Wii Remote units and some earlier Wii Remote Plus units are identified as RVL-CNT-01, those are the non-TR ones that only have proper audio when used in Bluetooth Passthrough mode. Newer Wii Remote Plus are identified as RVL-CNT-01-TR, those have somewhat working audio in "Emulate a BT Adapter" mode, but still with worse quality than what you would get in BT Passthrough or in a real Wii console.

All I said is in relation to original Wii Remotes, manufactured by Nintendo. I have literally no idea how that behavior would translate to 3rd party Wiimotes...
