Save in a new memory card

I deleted my memory card saves by accident, I still have some savestates of the games from which I could save and recover my savefiles but I am unable to do this because "This is not the memory Card"
Is there a way I can solve this or must I start all over again?

How did you delete the saves? Did you try recovering the files in the recycling bin?
