We don't support Dolphin 4.0 anymore. But since your profile says you're running Windows 10 32-bit, I'm not sure what you can do beyond reinstalling Windows 10 as 64-bit (which your current license covers both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, so you don't need to buy it again)

Once you do that, and you're running Dolphin 5.0, if you still have this problem, it would be great to know if the problem is once you start playing the game or at the title screen. If it's at the title screen, I would suggest you make sure you have your controller configured correctly and are pushing the proper buttons. If it's in-game, it would be great to know what is not working about saving. When you press start and go to the save option, is there some issue with saving? or does it save properly but then upon relaunching Dolphin the save isn't there?
