Hi, i'm playing Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles (Europe version) on Dolphin 5.0 (not sure if it's exactly 5.0, dunno where to check that) and there is a strange bug that happens after playing for a while (it doesn't seem to have a specific trigger), everytime i leave a menu, i get a Dolphin error window, which i press "ok" to and then i get an other 6 like that, then i can keep playing normally. (all pictures attached to the post)

What happens then is when i try to save, my saves for this game are gone and i have to save like there was no files. If i restart Dolphin, i will only be able to load from the 1st savefile and the second savefile is nowhere to be seen. Duplicating the ghost savefile to B memory card doesn't make the game able to see it. It just says there are no save files in the memory card.
By using state save, it makes the game able to load the 2nd savefile (but not the first).
By looking inside the memory card, i can see that i have twice of the same data for this game (which Dolphin doesn't allow normally).

Exporting them gives 2 different results, the "normal" one automatically gives a name to the file when exporting it (GC_FFCC.gic), the broken save doesn't give any name nor file extension.
The thing is, the broken save works, if i try to load it there is no error.
What scares me is that the only way to make the game load the broken save file is to wait for the bug to occur, or to load a post bug savestate.
Any recommendations on what i should do ? Is it safe to keep playing using save states ? (link to download my memorycard file : https://puu.sh/FlWJw/eb58df021e.raw )
