Save data vanishing?

Since I updated to this recent version of Dolphin, I noticed my save files aren't persisting after closing out games. It gives a notification that the game saves, but when I reload the game, all my data is suddenly gone. What would cause this? I've tested it with The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess(GameCube version), Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Fire Emblem Path of Radiance.

Do you have admin rights over the Documents > Dolphin Emulator folder?
