I have multiple games I like to play on dolphin (super smash bros, pikmin 2, metroid) and I like to have diferent button layouts for each one.

I don't know if anyone here has used project 64 (n64 emu) but in that, you could save your controller settings to a file and then just load it. Is there something like that for dolphin? Im using pad pluggin: "Dolphin KB/x360pad"

Its really anoying and sorta time consuming (if ur impatient like me) to configure it EVERY time you wanna switch games. Is there a solution to this problem?

when u set up your buttons for the controller, dolphin saves the settings in a file called joypadconig in the dolphin folder. what u can do is make a folder for each game u set up the controller for, then as u config the controller for each game, move it to that folder. then just go into the folder for the game u want to play and copy the config file to the dolphin folder. do that each time u change games. get it?

there is no save feature yet, but there is a feature request thread here Smile
