Your tablet processor is outdated . Neither that processor nor your OS Android 4.1.2 support OpenGL ES 3.0 which is required to run Dolphin . Therefore , you have to use software rendering backend
Maybe you try Dolphin for fun but you won't get more than 1 FPS with that processor
Recommend at the moment (will change later) :
_CPU : Snapdragon 805 @ 2.5GHz
_GPU : Adreno 420 with 25.6GB/sec memory bandwidth
_Android 4.3 or later version (Recommend : 4.4 version since OpenGL ES 3.0 driver was added in Android 4.3)
Laptop: (Show Spoiler)
Clevo W230SS : 3200x1800 IPS | i7 4700MQ @ 3.6GHz (Intel XTU + Triple fan mod) | GTX 860M GDDR5 | 128GB Toshiba CFD SSD | 16GB DDR3L 1600MHz
Aspire 715 43G : 1080p 144Hz |  R5 5625U @ 4.3GHz | Nvidia RTX 3050 4GB | 500GB WD SSD  | 16GB DDR4 3200MHz
Mini PC :: (Show Spoiler)
G3258 @ 4.6GHz | ELSA GTX 750 | Asrock Z87E ITX | 600W SFX 80+ Gold Silverstone + SG06-LITE | Corsair Vengeance 8GB 2000MHz | Scythe Kozuti + Ao Kaze | 45TB 2.5" Ex HDD (in total) , Zelda Gold Wiimote , LE Wii Classic Controller , Gold LE PS3 DualShock , BlackWidow Chroma ,
Now Playing : Xenoblade Definitive Edition on Yuzu - Switch Emu

Why recommend something you can't buy yet? The Snapdragon 805 won't be available until well into 2014

Nothing out there yet will run Dolphin at decent speeds so it doesn't really factor into the equation when picking a device. Buy/Use what you need for now, full speed emulation is still at least a generation or two away.

The Snapdragon 800 is worthless for Dolphin (I tried) , I can't recommend it
