Don't use save states. Use native gc/wii saves.

But not the complete directory, or?

If i copy this complete, then i become many Errors (Sound Plugin, Language etc.)

I need just the save's.

I told you, just copy the "User" directory. That is all you need.

The GC memory card files are stored in the \User\GC folder. Wii-related files are contained in \User\Wii, including the saved game files which are in \User\Wii\title.
By the way, savestates are stored in the \User\StateSaves folder. They actually can be transferred between different (fairly close!) revisions, but doing so is risky and will possibly cause other issues...
My computer specs:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x86
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @2.66Ghz - 2GB of DDR2 RAM (400Mhz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512
