SADX Moon Jump code won't work

I've tried to get the moon jump code to work, but it just won't. I changed the activator button, but it still won't work. I want to use the code to show some cool tricks you can do with it in cutscenes and since I don't have a captcha card, using an Emulator is my only option.

The code is from the PAL Gamecube version of the game.

It bears repeating, but some codes just don't work in Dolphin at the moment.
