RVZ files not showing in directory and converting to ISO

Hiya. I wanted to convert an RVZ file into an ISO file, but when I clicked to convert it I got an error saying it could not open the input file or something like that. Now the game isn't showing up in my directory anymore, and when I try to add it, the file doesn't appear when I search for it (if I open my finder manually it's there, just not when Dolphin opens it to add a directory). Also, I've been playing the game that I wanted to convert for a couple days now, so running the game works fine.

I'm very, very new to emulators and everything related so it's all a bit confusing to me.
So TLDR:
1. How to add the RVZ file game back into my directory since it's not an option when I search for it.

Edit: Found out I don't actually need to convert the file from RVZ to ISO for what I wanted to do, so now my only problem is #1.

If you right-click on the game in Dolphin's game list, press Properties, go to the Verify tab and press Verify Integrity, what are the results? (If the Verify tab is missing from the game properties window, that is the result.)

That's one of the problems- it's missing from the game list. I can open it fine through the Open tab, but when I try to add it to my game list through a directory, it doesn't show the file as an option.

Nevermind! I just had to copy the file as path and put it in the search bar when choosing a file for a directory. (Dunno why it wasn't visible normally, though)

The folder picker dialog is for picking a folder, so it doesn't show files, only folders. Perhaps a bit unintuitive – people show up here every now and then not understanding what's going on – but it's how it works in Windows.
