Holy crap, nafeasonto! That was a mighty find. I was having connection problems and I was collecting connection procedure information and was going to post with a reply but this procedure fixed things. I confirm this to work.

Because if the WII mote gets new batteries or turns off without a good disconnect you will get that error "The connection has been reset" while trying the A button method.

For some reason this fixed it:

1. First connect the WII mote normally but pressing 1+2 and let Toshiba detect it and connect then disconnect.

2. Then this is the part which makes no sense to me, but works miraculously. Press 1+2 Again but DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE. Let the WII MOTE blink, until it times out (stops blinking.)

3. THEN click connect in the Toshiba settings, when it says looking for device PRESS A or + or Z it doesn't matter, just get the thing to blink. (Just don't hit 1+2 or the Sync button, this resets the sync info.)

It will then connect. And you can click refresh or whatever in dolphin and it will be online.

From this point forward if you safely disconnect the WII mote, you can use the A method connect now every time to sync the same mote. If you accidentally delete the device information or change the batteries, you must restart the TIMEOUT method.

I do not know WHY the timeout method works, there must be a reason for this. But this works for me EVERY single time. IT took me hours of playing around trying different things just to try to figure this out.

Thanks a lot !!
It's amazing, it works perfectly.

Toshiba gave me some problems so I used bluesoleil just the same how he explained it and that one works perfect too !

And cant wait for tomorow, they'll bring me my Wii Sensor bar... ZELDA , HERE WE COME !!!!
I just wanted to launch Dolphin again but saw that it couldn't connect anymore?

I did exactly the same as yesterday... Plug in the Bluetooth stick, open Bluesoleil, right mouse button on Nintendo RVL-CNT-01-TR and Connect, then it became green so connected, then I went in Dolphin, Wiimote, refresh but nothing happened and when I do connect, I get the

"A supported bluetooth device wasnt found!
(Only the Microsoft bluetooth stack is supported.)"

error :/

Hi! I am new in this forum. My problem is I bought a WII remote with motion plus. Should be the same to this:
http://www.amazon.de/Nintendo-Wii-Remote-Motion-schwarz/dp/B002I08DQI/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1328531174&sr=8-5
The Bluetooth id it emits is the one with the TR at the end:
Nintendo RVL-CNT-01-TR
I managed to pair it correctly, after the pairing no blue leds were blinking!
Dolphin detected it as an available controller, but pairing to dolphin was not successful
(no led indicating connection and no rumbling). Also it was not working in games.
I am using the Microsoft stack and a hama bluetooth dongle with protocol version 2.0.
I downloaded the last build of dolphin, 3.0-415, x64.
Could you help me please????

sxatz I've got exactly the same one, I've tried a few Bluetooth Stacks now (Microsoft - not working, Toshiba - Only works once after installation, Bluesoleil - Only works once after installation)

First I tried microsoft stack too but I don't think it was compatible with my bluetooth dongle (Targus)

I'm trying to fix it but can't seem to find the solution... and the people who made this post don't seem to be active anymore =(

Hi bOyka8 thanks for the info. I have some more info:
Bluetooth dongle: Hama 00049227 / Nano-Bluetooth-USB-Adapter Version 2.0+EDR Class2
Wii remote: LMB-RVL-WR/Z-C4
I would presume that since the pairing to windows is completed then it should not be a bluetooth stack problem, what do you think? And I am sure that pairing is completed, no leds were blinking when I pressed the buttons and after leaving it idle for some time it was still paired. When I shut down the computer then the leds started blinking again!
My dongle was shipped with Toshiba stack (old version I guess), but when I connected it to the USB port it was immediately recognized by Windows and the drivers were successfuly installed.
I did not understand though if in your case it worked with Toshiba/Bluesoleil stack?

Yes, you can pick up a wireless one for less that $5 on Amazon:

I use the black Duracell rechargeable one that I got on Amazon for $10, works a treat.

Hi bOyka8,

When using the Toshiba stack, you say it only works once. I had a similar issue the first time I tried. I found a solution that worked for me, every time you reconnect the Wii remote set it up as a new device using the custom (not auto) method. So, hold 1 + 2 on your remote, search for new device on Toshiba stack, when it finds it set it up using the custom method. After it pairs make sure it is still on and open dolphin, go to controller settings, it should rumble right away, if not just press refresh. Do this each time you connect your Wii remote. This works for me every time.

On another note, i have yet to try out the Toshiba stack with multiple Wii remotes, i will probably give it a go sometime this week but has anyone tried this? How did it go?
I'll let you all know how I get on when I get round to it.

Thanks for the info Bigdaddy but I already ordered a Wii Sensor Bar but I realised it isn't USB -_- so I have to change it to USB somehow =( not sure how yet.

Second thing, I reinstalled the toshiba stack (TOSHIBA Bluetooth Stack 8.00.03), and I noticed when it's connecting, it only connects for like 2 - 5 seconds and then disconnects already.
it also seems to keep interfering with my MSN, each time I install some BT Stack , msn gets messed up lol.. i hope my new ASUS Bluetooth dongle will fix that & maybe all..

I am assuming you bought one with a Wii connector?!

You don't need to convert it to USB for power, a 9 volt battery will do the job just fine.

See here: http://is.gd/LLyPxS

Or if your feeling a little more adventurous you could try this one:

http://is.gd/OKHXBu

Scroll down the page to see the pics.

But since you can get a new wireless (or usb) one for $5, i don't really see the point in messing about like that, just buy one and send the other one back.

Or if you need one right away and can't wait, you can pick one up at Best Buy for $20:

http://is.gd/ktPMnp

Walmart have one for $12, but that might be online only depending on where you are:

Yeah it has some Wii Connector thing (red usb) and thanks for the search bigdaddy but uhm I prefer a wired one because wireless needs batteries and I'll have to recharge the batteries over time.

But if I use the 9volt battery, I'll probably have to get new batteries too when they are out of power?

Anyways a Wii Sensor bar to USB wouldve been cool (my dad is an electrician so he knows what he does with connecting cables :p) but not sure how this would be done and I even guess it's pretty hard.
(http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=4331919338154120839) not so easy to follow this though.

Anyways, I guess the 9 volt batteries will be the solution to my sensor bar.
I just hope my sensor bar and bluetooth dongle arrive today !!!
