I cannot get past the Toshiba stack asking me to plug in my Bluetooth Device. I am using the Asus BT-211 dongle and I have those drivers installed already. I copied over the device information to the tosrfusb file and it still won't get past that point. I read a few people who had success with the BT-211 keeping the manfucaturer drivers installed and using the Toshiba stack. Any help from them would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It sounds like you tosrfusb file is incorrect. If we have the same hardware try this one: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=UT47DSV8
it works for my asus dongle.
Let the driver install fail and the program will finish installing itself. The computer will restart, replace the file and run one of the .exe that will install the driver. I use ECCenter.
I just had to reinstall my OS (losing all my SS saves) and the order of driver installation seems important to avoid the bluetooth not ready errors. First thing to install is the asus suite followed by the Toshiba stack.

I read in that if you buy the "Flingsmash" game that comes with a Wii Remote Plus (the new one that has the motion plus built inside) it'll work. The assumption is that since the combo pack was released Nov. 7 2010 it'll have one of the earlier versions of the new Wii Remote Plus (without the TR). I found one at Fry's Electronics for $49 and priced matched it with Sam's Club (website lists $37) and it works. Since the game is old it's long been discontinued so it's a little hard to find however many shoppers may only want the controller only (since it's cheaper $40) and not buy it causing it to just sit there for a very long time. You may have to lurk at a few stores or order it online.

Let me know if this helps anyone...

Im new around here, as Im sure most people are, but how long will it take for the necessary changes to written into the emulator itself to support the tr remote? An estimate would be good, not that it matters. Also, where do I download the 'nightly' builds? Like I said I dont know how this works. Im trying to wrap my head around how this works

The only downloads are right here. http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html
The issue on the bug tracker is right here. http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/issues/detail?id=5011
Every single version since 3.0-337 has the initial TR fix in it. The TR wiimotes work 100% fine if you use any build since that version, in conjunction with Toshiba Stack. From the looks of it right now, there might not be any other fixes coming for this in a long, long time unless someone makes a breakthrough. But since it works fine with Toshiba Stack, there's not any rush.

I manage to get mine to work with Toshiba Stack using Custom Mode (no luck with Express Mode), I had to buy a new dongle supported by the stack, as the hack mentioned earlier didn't work for me.

What I found is the Non-TR model will automatically confirm the connection to any device, while the TR model will only confirm the connection to the Wii, I believe found a way to bypass the restriction, all I had to do was press left (up if vertical) on the Wiimote D-Pad, while the stack was trying to connect, it worked flawlessly.

The only time I needed to press 1+2 (or the red button), is when I want to add the Wiimote to the connection list.

I have a gut feeling that this bypass may work with Microsoft, Bluesoleil and even Apple stack, but I haven't tested those.

Here's alternative link for file to remove the evaluation timer, since megaupload is no more.

Hello guys Smile
Managed to connect the RVL-CNT-01-TR with Dolphin 3.0.373 , running under Ubuntu 12.04 (64bit) (using 3.2.0.9 kernel) just changed following class numbers in /HW/wiimote Real/IONnix.cpp

// Identify the wiimote device by its class
#define WM_DEV_CLASS_0 0x08
#define WM_DEV_CLASS_1 0x05
#define WM_DEV_CLASS_2 0x00

only problem is its disconnects after ~10 Seconds, no rumble and no Leds workin, any idea?

can anyone try this with a stable kernel release??

issue 5011
