I had this working with the Toshiba stack a few days ago, but I can't seem to get it to work today. I tried using my installation with Xoppo's file as well as a newly compiled version from the repository (which has the fix).

The Toshiba software recognizes the controller and retains the bluetooth connection (no lights when I press A, etc), but Dolphin never syncs with it when I press refresh.

Is a real fix with the Windows bluetooth stack coming that isn't quite so hokey?

Are you using the red sync button under the battery cover of the remote?
Windows 7 64-bit
Intel i5 2500k @ 4.5 GHz
8 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1333 MHz
AMD Radeon HD 6870 (1 GB)

No, should I be? None of the instructions mention it, and I didn't have to use it last time.

Well I own a Toshiba qosmio laptop with built in bluetooth running the toshiba bluetooth stack. Whenever im connecting the wii remote, i have to hit the power button instead of the 1 & 2 buttons to get it to work. once the computer says its been connected to the remote, the four led lights go black, and no matter which buttons i press (1 & 2, even the power buttons) the lights will not flash again. when i disconnect it, it becomes responsive and the led's flash whenever i press a button. I tried connecting to dolphin when my computer was supposedly synced with the remote, and when i clicked refresh it never recognized it. Please help.
Okay, i am able to connect with flash lights now for some reason. But when i attempt to pair up in dolphin it says that the toshiba bluetooth stack is not supported. And i did what he said sukid said, i clicked new connection, custom connection, and went to dolphin and clicked refresh. didn't work.

I have the exact sampe problem as you buy I don't have a toshiba laptop. I can get it connected to dolphin but it won't connect to the games or anything. did you have any success?

Yeah, you should. I didn't have to use it the first time either but every other time I did. If I just press 1 and 2 it doesn't work.

I read there was a fix for this for Windows but has not been included in the Mac build yet. Is there a nightly build or some unpublished build which includes the fix for Mac, or is the issue different on the Mac and more complex to resolve?

I cant seem to get Toshiba Stack to recognize my dongle, even after following the guide and editing the tosrfusb.inf. It just keeps asking me to plug in the bluetooth device.
